Low Slope/Flat
A low slope/flat roof differs from traditional residential roofing with its minimal incline, making it ideal for certain architectural styles and commercial buildings. Asphalt shingles and metal paneling can also be adapted for low slope/flat roofs, albeit with additional considerations for proper installation to prevent water pooling and leaks. This roofing material still offers durability and aesthetic variety for such structures, enhancing both protection and visual appeal. By selecting the right type of material and ensuring expert installation, low slope/flat roofs can benefit from the same advantages that make this material a popular choice in commercial & residential roofing.
The Process
Inspection
We will schedule a consultation at your property to assess your roof's condition and discuss your needs and preferences. During the consultation, we will inspect your roof, identify any issues or damage, and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
Estimate + Roof Report
Based on the inspection, we will provide you with a detailed photo report and estimate outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, estimated costs, and timelines.
Deposit + Contract
Once you're satisfied with the estimate, you will provide a signature on the contract and a 50% deposit.
Material Ordered + Delivered
Scheduling will take place first then we will order material to be delivered to your address. You can choose to have it roof-loaded (placed on the roof) or just on the property.
Install
On the scheduled start date, our team of experts will arrive at your property and begin the installation process.
They will remove the old roofing material, inspect the underlying structure for any damage, and make any necessary repairs.
Next, they will install the new roofing material according to the specifications outlined in the proposal.
Completion + Clean Up
Following the final inspection, we will present the completed project to you for your approval. We will clean up the work area, remove debris and leftover materials, and ensure that your property is left in the same condition as before the project began.
At this time, the final payment is collected and a receipt is sent to your email.
